For most people, losing their entire savings in trading and falling deep into debt would be the end of the road. For this founder from a small town in Uttar Pradesh, it was the beginning of something entirely different.
Instead of chasing quick money again, he chose to solve a real problem. Fashion and ecommerce brands in India were struggling with fragmented supply chains, managing multiple vendors separately for fabric, production, quality checks, packaging and delivery. He saw the gap and decided to build a solution around it.
That decision became Kridha Studio, a startup offering end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain solutions for fashion brands. Today the company works with brands and platforms linked to Virgio, Myntra, Amazon, Walmart and Landmark Group.
Starting with small orders and limited resources, repeat clients and referrals slowly built the business into a ₹6 crore company.
Kridha Studio is now expanding its manufacturing capabilities and exploring global export opportunities as more fashion brands look for reliable India based supply chain partners.
