The Inspiring Journey of Dr Sameer Kuncoleikar: Vistora, a Movement to Awaken the Visionary Within Every Entrepreneur
There are stories that inspire. And then there are stories that shake something awake inside you.
This is one of those stories.
Growing up as a shy boy in Goa, he struggled with confidence, identity, and a deep sense of not belonging. The world around him moved forward. He felt stuck. The pain grew quietly, invisibly, until one day it became unbearable. Standing at the edge of despair, he considered ending his life.
But in that darkest moment, a question rose from within him.
“If you want to die, why not first live for a reason worth dying for?”
That single question became the turning point of his entire life.
He made a decision that day. Not just to survive. But to truly transform.
He joined Junior Chamber to work on his personality. He picked up a copy of Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins. His English was weak. The book felt impossible. But he refused to quit. For six months, he fought through every page. And somewhere in those pages, a truth found him β people can change. And if people can change, lives can change. And if lives can change, destinies can change.
That truth became his obsession.
He joined Taekwondo. The shy boy who once avoided every room slowly became someone who commanded attention. Within a few years, he earned a Black Belt and became a national medalist. People who had once overlooked him began asking a simple question β what changed?
He had discovered the power of transformation. But a new question began haunting him.
Why do some people build wealth while others work hard their entire lives and still feel trapped?
After college, he joined a Chartered Accountant’s firm to find answers. What he discovered surprised him. The difference between people who created wealth and people who struggled was not effort. It was vision. Some people could simply see opportunities before others did.
That realization sent him on a decade-long journey. He studied wealth creators. He learned from mentors like Robert Kiyosaki. He explored business, investing, and human potential. He also explored spirituality β through Art of Living and the teachings of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar β and arrived at a truth that grounded everything else. Life is temporary. We are not here merely to consume. We are here to create, to contribute, and to leave the world better than we found it.
That understanding gave birth to Profit365 β a platform built to help entrepreneurs create businesses that generate freedom, not dependency.
But over time, he discovered something even deeper.
People are not short on opportunities. They are short on the ability to see them. Every single day, wealth opportunities pass by millions of people. Most never notice. They follow crowds. They act when it is already too late.
And that led to the most important question of his journey β what if the greatest wealth skill in the world is not investing or strategy? What if it is simply seeing? Seeing value before others. Seeing trends before they arrive. Seeing the future before it becomes obvious.
That realization became Vistora.
Not a company. Not just a coaching program. A movement. Because he believes that every human being carries a hidden visionary within them β a part that can see possibility, abundance, and a future that does not yet exist. Most people never awaken that part of themselves.
His mission is to change that.
From a lost boy in Goa who once stood at the edge of giving up, he is today building a movement to create millions of Vistoras β people who stop surviving and start creating, stop following and start leading.
The future, he says, belongs to those who see it first.
And the Vistora within you is already waiting to awaken.
