At just 22 years of age, while pursuing his graduation and coming from a middle-class family, Sourav Laha dared to dream differently. The decision reportedly resulted in him being reprimanded and eventually losing his own job. For Sourav, leadership meant standing with people even when it meant sacrificing his own career.

But he soon realised that while many people search for employment, only a few are willing to create employment for others.
