About Maruti Dhage

Maruti Dhage completed his MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai and his MA in English from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi. His academic background combines a strong understanding of language with knowledge of business, marketing, customer communication, and professional development.

Before dedicating himself fully to education and training, Maruti worked in the corporate sales field and served as an Area Sales Manager. That experience gave him first-hand insight into the communication challenges faced by job seekers, employees, managers, and young professionals. It also helped him understand that knowing grammar alone is not enough; learners must be able to speak confidently, express ideas clearly, handle professional conversations, and present themselves effectively.

Maruti is also a Certified Corporate and Soft Skills Trainer from NIST, Delhi. His professional training, corporate exposure, and classroom experience allow him to connect English learning with real-life communication, employability, confidence building, and personality development.

In 2018, after observing the difficulties faced by learners from non-English-medium backgrounds, he founded Premier English Academy with a clear purpose: to make English practical, understandable, and accessible.
