For example, radiologist costs can be allocated according to reporting volume, working hours or service requirements, rather than placing the full cost burden on a single center. Combined with compact premises, optimized staffing and shared operational support, this approach aims to reduce fixed-cost pressure and improve branch-level sustainability.

Growing a Connected Pathology Network

Sonoclinic aims to connect neighborhood-level sample collection and diagnostic access with coordinated laboratory processing, logistics and reporting. A scalable pathology network can support multiple branches through shared infrastructure, standardized processes and quality-control systems, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

AI and Healthcare Software: The Digital Backbone

The long-term vision includes combining diagnostic operations with AI-enabled healthcare software. Potential workflows include patient registration, appointments, billing, reporting templates, voice-assisted report drafting and coordination between radiology and pathology.
