In a government school classroom where opportunities were few and expectations were modest, a young girl named Nethra was quietly asking bigger questions.
She didn’t have entrepreneurial talk around her while growing up, or entrepreneur role models to look up to. Instead, she has curiosity. The type of curiosity that drives her to analyze how things are done or why problems aren’t solved. While her friends just focused on studying for their exams, Nethra was interested in knowing more about the systems surrounding education, technology, or any other difficulties people go through.
That curiosity gradually transformed into discipline. Since she did not have any learning experience related to entrepreneurship as such, she began pursuing it on her own. Her evenings were engaged in learning more about incorporating a company, legal requirements, banking procedures, and all responsibilities involved while being in a leadership position.
Only at the age of 16, Nethra established Annexra Technologies Pvt Ltd, becoming the Founder and CEO of a registered technology startup when other students would be barely determining their areas of interest.
Being young and being a girl meant facing quiet doubts and unspoken skepticism. People questioned her readiness before understanding her vision. Balancing academics with the responsibility of running a company demanded emotional strength, sacrifice, and maturity beyond her years.
Annexra was built on a simple belief. Technology must solve real-world problems. Its initial focus lies in agriculture-related technology, with a long-term vision to expand into multiple domains through practical and scalable digital solutions.
This journey taught Nethra a powerful truth. Age does not limit capability, and background does not define potential. What matters is clarity, discipline, and the courage to take responsibility early in life.
Annexra is still young. So is its founder. But Nethra is not waiting to be ready. She is building, learning, and leading in real time. And in doing so, she is quietly proving that the future does not ask your age. It only asks if you are brave enough to begin.
