How YashCore is Bringing Training, Talent, Advisory and Advocacy Together for BPO Businesses
Every industry has gaps that people inside it learn to live with. In India’s BPO and contact centre sector, one of the biggest gaps is simple. The companies that train people do not place them. The agencies that place people do not train them. And the vendors who sit between clients and agents usually speak only for themselves. YashCore was built to close that gap.
YashCore is a workforce outsourcing and business advisory ecosystem. It works across BPO and contact centre outsourcing, workforce training and talent placement. The brand was officially established on 15 September 2026 by Yash Sagar, and it is being registered as a sole proprietorship, with GSTIN and Udyam registration applied for.
The idea behind YashCore came from years of real work. Before starting the brand, Yash spent more than nine years in operations and supply leadership. He ran large workforce and vendor operations, including full P&L ownership for a Pan-India supply organisation of over 600 full-time employees and more than 50 vendors. From every seat he sat in, he kept seeing the same problem. Nobody was holding the whole chain. Clients dealt with one vendor for training, another for hiring and a third for outsourcing. Agents on the floor had no one speaking for them. Each relationship started and ended on its own.
YashCore started as an attempt to fix that. Instead of offering one more standalone service, it was designed as one connected system. Yash calls this model THE CHAIN.
THE CHAIN is made up of eight connected modules. It covers skill training across tiers, from agents to team leaders to operations managers. It includes advisory and contact centre matching, direct consulting, talent placement and Career Voice. Each module feeds the next. A person trained through YashCore can be certified, placed and then represented. A client who comes in for advisory can also find trained talent and ongoing support. As a result, one client relationship keeps growing instead of resetting with every new pitch.
The skill programmes are built to be accessible, starting at ₹499 per participant. Alongside training, YashCore offers BPO advisory and vendor sourcing, talent placement with a 30-day retention check, and career advocacy. Agent skill verification and CEFR speaking assessment are already live, giving employers a clear and measurable view of a candidate’s abilities before hiring.
What sets YashCore apart is its structure. The usual pattern in the sector is split. A training company trains. A placement agency places. A BPO vendor represents its own interests. YashCore brings training, certification, placement, representation and advocacy under one relationship. For a client, that means one partner who understands the full picture instead of six separate vendors with six separate pitches.
The second difference is the experience behind the brand. YashCore is not built on a study of the industry from the outside. It is built by someone who worked the floor first. Yash has managed the vendors, the workforce and the numbers that clients and agents deal with every day. That practical understanding shapes how each module is designed and delivered.
The third difference is Career Voice. This is a genuine advocacy layer for the agents and contact centres inside the system. It gives them real representation, something that training companies and staffing agencies do not usually offer. In a sector where the people doing the work are often the least heard, Career Voice gives them a place in the conversation.
The early progress reflects this approach. Yash designed, built and tested the entire offering himself. YashCore has launched its website, yashcore.com, along with a LinkedIn company page. It has also signed its first client engagement, a tri-party statement of work between a client and a delivery partner in North India. The eight-module offering is in place, and the assessment tools are already working.
The next phase is about growth. YashCore is working towards a pre-seed raise to hire a delivery team, scale its platform and grow through community and creator-led channels. The aim is to take THE CHAIN from a founder-built system to a model that can serve clients, contact centres and agents across the country.
For businesses looking for trained talent, contact centres looking for fair representation and agents looking for a real career path, YashCore offers something the sector has long been missing. It offers one connected relationship that holds every link together.
