Osions with the other co-founders, Dr. Madhusudhan Reddy introduced the opportunity in maternal and newborn home-care. As the team explored this space, they noticed a major gap. Hospitals provide excellent medical care during delivery, but once parents return home, many of them struggle—especially those caring for premature or medically sensitive babies. Families often face feeding issues, newborn handling confusion, warning signs they don’t understand, and a mother who is still recovering physically and emotionally. Most support at home is unstructured, and many parents feel alone at the exact time they need expert help.

This gap inspired Lokesh and the team to build Cradlewell as a structured, nurse-led model that extends hospital-grade care into families’ homes. Cradlewell was officially established on 07 May 2025. From the start, Lokesh stayed close to the core work—building the nursing network, setting quality standards, creating a reliable service system, and making sure the experience feels safe and compassionate for every family. He believes that in healthcare, trust is not created through promises. Trust is created through consistency, professionalism, and how supported people feel during difficult moments.

Cradlewell’s model is simple, but very meaningful. The company deploys trained, hospital-experienced nurses to families’ homes to provide professional care after discharge. The support includes newborn handling guidance, feeding support, monitoring, mother recovery assistance, and early warning observation. These milestones reflect both the need for this kind of service and the trust families are placing in Cradlewell’s model.
