At just 22, Nandini Sharma is already doing work that genuinely matters. As a Career Counsellor at Beyond Intern, she spends her days helping students make important decisions about their future—and she does it with a level of clarity and responsibility that stands out.
Her journey started with a background in English Literature, which naturally shaped her communication skills and way of thinking. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Literature from Chandigarh University, while working from Jaipur. Balancing studies and a full-time role isn’t easy, but she manages both without letting either suffer.
In her role, Nandini is involved in almost everything—from the first conversation with a student to the final stage where decisions are made. She doesn’t just pass information along; she takes the time to understand what each student actually needs. That’s probably why many students feel comfortable opening up to her and trusting her advice.
She also plays a strong role within her team. Whether it’s supporting colleagues or keeping the environment positive during busy days, she contributes in ways that go beyond her job description. It’s not something she tries to highlight—it just comes naturally in how she works.
Another important part of her work is handling international clients. Despite her age, she manages these conversations with confidence and professionalism. Her communication skills make a clear difference here, especially when dealing with people from different backgrounds.
What really defines Nandini is her ability to handle responsibility without making it look complicated. She stays consistent, keeps things organised, and gets the work done. There’s a sense of reliability in the way she approaches things, which is rare to see so early in a career.
Nandini Sharma may still be at the beginning of her professional journey, but the way she is working, learning, and managing responsibilities shows that she is on a strong path ahead.
