Raised in a disciplined and value-oriented household, Sparsh was deeply influenced by his mother, a teacher who emphasized education and ethics, and his father, a businessman who introduced him to real-world commerce.
From as early as sixth grade, Sparsh began assisting at his father’s shoe shop after school hours. This early exposure helped him understand customer psychology, cash handling, trust-building, and service excellence—skills that later became the backbone of his entrepreneurial success.
His guiding principle remains unchanged:

Academic Excellence and Career Foundation
After completing his schooling in Mauranipur, Sparsh moved to Gwalior for higher education. He pursued his BCA from ITM University, Gwalior, where he achieved Gold Medalist and Silver Medalist honors, followed by an MCA from ITM Gwalior (affiliated to RGPV, Bhopal).
During the COVID-19 pandemic, despite logistical challenges and personal shifts, Sparsh continued freelancing, attending client meetings, and delivering projects—demonstrating resilience and long-term focus.
Overcoming Personal Loss with Emotional Strength
On 28 June 2025, Sparsh faced a major personal loss with the passing of his mausa ji (Retired – Irrigation Department), one of his strongest supporters. The experience marked a turning point in emotional maturity and leadership.
According to Sparsh, loss strengthens perspective and builds inner discipline—qualities essential for entrepreneurship.

In 2019, Sparsh founded Sparsh WebTECH, beginning as a solo venture. Over the years, the agency has scaled consistently through performance, referrals, and long-term client trust.
