My Journey: Living in a Skinny Body

For years, fitness conversations in India have focused mainly on weight loss. But there is another silent struggle—the challenge of being underweight. I lived this reality myself. Low body weight, low confidence, poor strength, and constant self-doubt were part of my everyday life. Despite being told to simply eat more or go to the gym, nothing changed until I understood that weight gain requires structure and science.

The Hidden Problem of Being Skinny

Being underweight is often ignored because it does not appear alarming. However, it can lead to low energy levels, weak immunity, poor posture, hormonal imbalance, and reduced self-confidence. Many working professionals suffer silently due to long working hours, stress, irregular meals, and lack of recovery.

Why Most Weight Gain Attempts Fail

Most skinny individuals follow a cycle—joining a gym, eating randomly, feeling exhausted, and quitting. The real reason for failure is the lack of a structured plan. Without correct calorie planning, strength training, recovery, and digestion support, the body simply does not respond.

Why I Chose to Coach Only Weight and Muscle Gain

After transforming myself and coaching many clients, I realized that most fitness programs are not designed for underweight individuals. They often apply fat-loss strategies to weight gain, which leads to frustration. This realization led me to create a system focused only on sustainable weight and muscle gain.

Weight Gain Is a Health Requirement, Not Vanity

Gaining healthy weight is not about appearance alone. It improves strength, energy, metabolism, productivity, and overall quality of life. When the body is nourished and trained correctly, both physical and mental well-being improve significantly.

A Message for Readers

If you are skinny and have tried multiple times without success, the issue is not your genetics or effort. The problem is the absence of proper guidance and consistency. Weight gain, just like weight loss, is a science.

Conclusion

It is time we change the narrative. Being skinny is not something to ignore. Strong and healthy bodies are built through correct systems, patience, and education—not shortcuts
