Not an IITian but the knowledge of developing businesses grew him and made him successful.

A complete life full of ups and downs didn’t break Dhruv Joshi’s vision to grow something enormous.

Starting his life in Mumbai in a middle-class Joshi family was Dhruv. Healthy-foodie child with vision to build something huge.

Football, karate, cricket was his passion. But nature has its own game. Studied and completed schooling in Mumbai’s DSRV school and completed college from UPG. Well learned man structurally moving towards positive world experience.

Started his career in marketing at a very low-level, experienced the life of a startup and gained knowledge at MNC.
It made him a strong personality with a superb mindset.
2025, he gave up on his job and started his on company Joshi Beverages India or JOBECO.
He knew, India is still far away from health angle so proceeded with massy approach. Partnered and built 3 factories across 2 states. Built a product named- PureSipp- Desh Ka Paani. A massy packaged drinking water in Mumbai.
Acceptance of the product across states made him positive. His mindset of growing increased and renamed the company to Joshi Group India.

A place where he built massy beverage, ready-to-drink alcohol and ORS, a masala company(in process), tie-up with petrol pumps for product placement and sales, a broker at airlines and a small scale finance company too.

His expansion helps us to learn how risk taking ability works. Perfection doesn’t.

Dhruv says, ‘I would have never been this smart about businesses at a young age of 28 without my family and friends support. At all my dips Aakash, Aashay and Shreyansh just held me financially and mentally. This is what success looks like.
I will say take action and not wait for perfection. No one is as stressed as a 20-year old building something before the 30s’
